Systematic College Petaling Jaya is living up to their tagline of Quality Education Within Reach as they are bringing education to the doorsteps of working adults embarking on higher education.
The highly commendable service of info2u places Systematic at the pinnacle as a college of great educational experience. We ask Stanley Yeow, Deputy Principal of SCPJ about this new service.
Is the info2u for everyone?
The info2u is only for working adults who are interested to further their education at professional or postgraduate level. Working adults within the Klang Valley normally find it a hassle to travel to the College to make enquiries on programmes due to traffic and hectic demands at work and home. It is a known fact that the only way to know if the programme suits you is through face-to-face counselling, and to find time to go from education provider to education provider is very time consuming. Because of this, Systematic has implemented the info2u service for working adults.

How does the info2u work?
It starts with a simple telephone call to our College. Speak to a counsellor and from there he or she will explain about the postgraduate programmes that our College supports. Once we’ve narrowed down the possibilities to a programme that would suit the needs of the working adult, we normally set up an appointment and our counsellor will pay a visit to the office of the working adult to give a one-on-one face-to-face counselling session on the programme. This is where they discuss the programme in detail – the various modules, the university, the learning modes, Systematic’s role in supporting the programme, payment methods, college facilities and so on.
Why provide the info2u service?
The private education industry in Malaysia is a service industry. In today’s globalised economy, the expectations of our customers are much higher than they were 25 years ago. We foresee our customers expecting more from us not only in terms of better and more recognised programmes, but also stepping up our service to them. Systematic has always been on the forefront of providing superior service such as implementing the online learning platform of segi2u when the world went online. So, in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers in this era of globalisation, we have decided to implement the info2u service.
What is the catch for this service?
No catch. Working adults are not obligated to pay any info2u service fee when the programme consultant meets with them.
Is this service unsafe in terms of security?
The info2u service is safe. Normally, the appointment will be at the office of the prospect during work hours, after work hours, or if preferred, during lunch time.
Who are those in the info2u team?
Those in the info2u team are Systematic programme consultants who know the ins and outs of all programmes. Our info2u team are taught to provide the best match of programmes with your abilities and requirements. They are also trained in the registration process of all programmes.
What programmes at Systematic are suitable for working adults?
Working adults will find that most of Systematic programmes are suitable for them as the college offers programmes at part time basis. Admission into the programmes depends on the qualifications of the applicant. Systematic offers programmes in the areas of business, accountancy, computing, multimedia and professional courses.
Other factors that make Systematic a preferred choice are the affiliation with top-notch universities with degrees that are industry-driven and recognised by employers, the location of our network of colleges and centres that are convenient for working adults, and flexible lecture time that are fixed during evenings and weekends plus the e-learning support. Working adults also enjoy the flexible payment or financing schemes for fee payment.
