She gave a lot of useful information about the correct of keeping our eyes healthy, how to wear contact lenses and the dos and don'ts. In was indeed a beneficial talk because a lot of the information given was not known by the public. “More and more students nowadays have to get their glasses on at a very young age, it is kind of sad to see our youngsters' daily activities are limited due to the eye problems that they have,” said Lee Kok Cheng. The second speech of the day was given by Dr. Tang Boon Nee who is an obstetrical & gynaecologist consultant and also the treasurer of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Malaysia. “I had a 16-year-old girl walking into my clinic, telling me she is pregnant…” was the attention grabbing opening to Dr. Tan's talk on feminine hygiene and sex. Her talk was very beneficial to the female students as she told them how to take care of themselves internally and externally. Personal hygiene is very important for a girl according to Dr. Tang. She told the audiences to practice healthy life style, not only physically and mentally, but sexually as well. “It is a great concern to know that Dr. Tang's patient got pregnant at the age of sixteen. We hope it won't happen to our students, therefore we organised this workshop to give our young females a positive thought about health, fitness and sex,” said Lee. “I am really happy to see students coming to the workshop.
