American private colleges expand their presence overseas

Ottawa University, a Kansas-based private liberal arts college with a campus in Brookfield , has signed a partnership agreement with SEG International BHD, Malaysia's largest private education provider, to offer a bachelor's in business administration degree program for working adults in the South East Asian country.
