A large group of students at SEGi College Subang Jaya made their parents and lecturers very proud when a record number of 18 achieved outstanding overall results, putting them in the esteemed Dean's List.
In order to make it to the Dean's List, students must earn at least a CGPA of 3.5 and above – which is certainly no easy feat.
The 18 young ladies and gentlemen had just completed the Foundation in Commerce and Foundation in Science programmes in end 2010. Being in the Dean's List gives them the golden opportunity to apply for scholarships and progress directly to a number of degree programmes offered by SEGi Education Group as well as those from top-notch UK, USA and Australian universities in partnership with SEGi.
Many of the previous Foundation students who had achieved such good results had gone on to various degree programmes including those in dentistry and medicine in Russia, India and Indonesia because the Foundation programmes at SEGi are internationally recognised.
