BTEC (HND) IN CONSTRUCTION (QUANTITY SURVEYING)

HND is a programme from Business & Technology Education Council (BTEC), UK. With this HND, students can join Year 2 or Year 3 of many universities in UK. It is also accepted in the USA and Australia.

Quantity Surveying is important in construction industry. Quantity surveyors provide construction cost estimating and forecasting, contract advice, and financial management of the construction project from inception to completion.     

Upon completion of this programme, students can further their Bachelor Degree studies in Quantity Surveying or other construction related programmes in UK, USA, and Australia.

Quantity Surveying students will learn a combination of technical, economic, legal and managerial skills. Graduates will have the opportunity to work for developers, consultant firms, and contractor firms.
